By accessing or using the Monaz website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

All product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, Monaz reserves the right to correct any errors, update prices, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change.

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation does not guarantee that the item is in stock. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

We accept cash on delivery (COD) and online bank transfers. Payment must be completed before the order is dispatched in the case of bank transfers. Monaz is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timelines vary by location and are provided at the time of order confirmation. Monaz is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges may be requested within 7 days for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

All content on the Monaz website — including images, logos, text, and designs — is the intellectual property of Monaz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, or engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive. Monaz reserves the right to cancel orders and block users who violate these terms.

Your personal information is collected and used solely for order processing and customer communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.

Monaz shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
