Return Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on innerwear, bras, or panties once they have been tried on or removed from their original packaging. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.

Only items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached are eligible for return. Items marked as 'Final Sale' or purchased during special promotions are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Share your order number and photos of the item. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 1 day of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Exchanges are accepted for size or color changes, subject to availability.

Contact us on WhatsApp within 1 day of delivery with your order number and the reason for exchange. We will confirm availability of the replacement item and arrange a pickup or drop-off at your convenience.

Exchange delivery charges may apply depending on your location. Our customer care team will inform you of any applicable charges when you initiate the exchange request.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for verified damaged or incorrect items. Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credit or via bank transfer. Please contact our team for further assistance.
